Our Story: From Inspiration to Flavour

The concept for Sabor & Slice was born from a fondness for the flame-grilled chicken restaurants experienced while living in the UK. Noticing a gap in the Maltese market for this particular flavour-focused grilled chicken experience, we were inspired to bring this style to Mriehel, Malta, infused with our own unique direction and variety. We wanted to go beyond a single style of seasoning, expanding the idea to offer a wider spectrum of flavour choices. Our "What’s Your Flavour?" approach empowers customers to personalise their meals with a selection of sauces and heat levels, ensuring a flexible and bespoke dining experience. Recognizing the universal appeal of pizza for sharing, we naturally integrated handmade pizzas alongside our signature flame-grilled chicken, creating a menu that caters to diverse tastes and occasions.
